We had a wonderful staycation experience! ❤️ The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with the family. My husband and kids especially enjoyed playing billiards, which made our stay even more fun and memorable! 🎱 The swimming pool was clean, and the entire area was neat and organized. We also appreciated the friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their excellent service and attention to cleanliness made a big difference in our experience. Overall, it was a great place to bond with family, relax, and enjoy quality time together. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing staycation! We will definitely come back again! 🏊‍♀️🎱❤️ The only suggestion we have is to consider extending the pool usage time so the kids can enjoy swimming longer and make more happy memories with the family. We understand that the time limit may be necessary for maintenance and safety, but a little extra swimming time would make the experience even more enjoyable, especially for families with children.

The property offers outstanding cleanliness and a convenient location, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. The pools and transpo options add to the overall positive experience, while the facilities meet expectations with minor room for improvement. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and a comfortable stay.

Nice place! It has three pools, two for adults and one for kids with slides. The room fits two comfortably and includes a table, chairs, and a stool for your things. The bathroom is on the smaller side, so it's a bit cramped, but booking online made the price totally worth it. The staff are super nice and accommodating; they answered all our questions and strictly enforce the pool schedule (heads up, swimming is a separate charge).

❌ DO NOT RECOMMEND Sunrock Resort — Full Honest Review We are extremely disappointed with our stay here. We booked through Agoda, and NONE of these mandatory fees were disclosed anywhere in their booking policies: - ❌ Mandatory Day + Night pool fees — charged EVEN IF YOU DON’T SWIM, because it’s a "public pool." We booked for 2 nights so we were forced to pay for both sessions every day. - ❌ They charged us TWICE in one morning — we already paid our child’s day + night pool fees for the previous day, but when our child wanted to swim for just 2 hours before checkout, they surprised us with another full pool fee charge! - ❌ No discount for kids — even when swimming for only 2 hours, we still paid full pool price. - ❌ Extra person fee for every child - ❌ Required mattress fee per child If we had known about these mandatory fees upfront, we would NEVER have booked here. We only chose this resort because of a power outage/brownout in our area — we just wanted a nearby place to rest. Instead, we got nothing but stress. More issues we encountered: - 📺 TV was not working — no entertainment at all - 🚽 CR/bathroom is way too small — very difficult to take a shower - 🛌 Folding bed/mattress was broken — our child couldn’t even use it - We booked for 2 nights and requested early check-in, but we only stayed 1 night and checked out early in the morning — such a waste of booking with all these issues We would have gladly paid more for a proper hotel if we knew this would be our experience.
