    The hotel’s location is excellent. It is just a few steps away from the seashore, which was the highlight of our stay. The surrounding area feels safe and has several nearby stores. It is also very accessible by public transport; jeepneys pass right in front of the building, though they don’t run 24/7, so you just need to time your trips accordingly. ​Our only concerns were related to the age of the building. There was a noticeable drainage smell in the bathroom and a leaking faucet. While manageable, these are areas the management could definitely improve. Also, I didn't see an elevator, so keep in mind that rooms on the 3rd floor may not be suitable for those who struggle with stairs. Overall, our one-night stay was decent.

    Location is accessible via tricycle and jeepneys which is great for commuters like us. Tho far from downtown, we went there for the beach view and got the perfect spot. Veranda is spacious and you can literally hear the sound of the waves crashing. Staffs are supeeer accommodating. We got to borrow slippers from them.
