    The Good: 1, Staff is well mannered, well trained, and very helpful. 2, Cleanliness is on-point, and the pool is cleaned daily during our stay. 3, Free shuttle service up to 430pm every day (would have costed 150-200php per ride if you use tricycle). For improvement: 1, Would be great if there would be non-pork option for breakfast.

    We had some fun in canyoneerring and we love our stay in Rufana Suites its cleanliness awesome staffs and the breakfast. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

    We stayed here for 3 nights. On our first night we asked for extra pillows and was told we would have to pay for them. They had no ice and when they did, they didn’t want to give it. In order to get new towels you had to give them back the used towels, so basically you couldn’t have more than 2 towels. There was cockroaches. They did provide breakfast, but it was the same every day. There was no kettle in the room like it says, but They did have a water cooler, that provided water and hot water, down in the dining area. They also provided coffee and tea, which was nice. At one point I asked one of the front desk people if they are ever informed of kawasan falls being closed. He told me that yes the hotels all get told. I specifically asked if they had any notices of closures. He told me that, no there wasn’t any closures this week, everything was good to go. We went the next day and it was closed. So that was a mildly irritating. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, even someone sneezing very clearly in one of the rooms around us. They told us at the beginning they would provide ear plugs if we need them. So I’m guessing they already know how noisy it is. Overall it’s not the best place we’ve stayed while travelling the Philippines.
