El Palacio Hotel & Resort

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! This hotel was a complete nightmare. We specifically requested a room far away from the noise, but they completely ignored our request. The room was extremely noisy, with people banging on our door and making loud noise right outside. We even contacted the hotel/information desk to complain, but NO ONE DID ANYTHING. What made the situation even more disgusting was hearing people outside our room gossiping and bad-mouthing us simply because we were upset about the noise. They were making personal and inappropriate comments about us. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Guests should not have to deal with this kind of behavior. And as if that wasn't bad enough, THERE WAS NO WATER! We couldn't even take a shower. How can a hotel operate like this and expect guests to accept it? We paid to stay here expecting basic comfort, peace, privacy, and access to water. Instead, we got noise, disrespect, no water, and absolutely ZERO proper assistance from the staff. I strongly regret staying here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. If you want a peaceful and decent stay, look somewhere else. This was an unacceptable and horrible experience from start to finish. U gave solution but its too late!! Few minutes were already leaving Late action

Had a relaxing stay at El Palacio Hotel.My kids wanted to stay longer🙂 Very clean, good amboance and two thumbs up for accomodating staffs.

We had a great stay at El Palacio Resort! The staff were very approachable, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire property is super Instagrammable with plenty of picturesque spots. It’s an ideal getaway destination whether you’re traveling with friends, your partner, or family. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s location was very convenient, especially since it is close to our parent’s home. The staff, particularly the housekeeping team, were kind, friendly, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. However, the rooms felt quite dark and could benefit from better lighting and some updating. The bathrooms also need better maintenance and attention to cleanliness and overall condition. Another concern is that not all rooms have an in-room safe, which I feel should be a standard amenity for guests who need to secure their valuables. Overall, the convenient location and wonderful housekeeping staff were definite positives, but improvements to the rooms, bathrooms, and amenities would make the stay much more comfortable.
