    It was enjoyable to stay overnight in this hotel. I enjoyed listening to the liveband on Saturday night. And the staff are really nice and deliver a working hair blower even the room's blower was broken by the guests before our booking. Exceptional customer service

    Pros: 1. Superb customer service - staff are very accomodating and responsive. Had the chance to chit-chat with the very nice owner who even welcomed our pets.. :) 2. Pets are very much welcome - no conditions and added fee. This is priceless! Of course, be a responsible furparent. 3. Literally beachfront access, just don't expect the beach itself to be that great - trashes. Good thing it's lesser in the resort's area compare to the other resorts/hotels. 4. They have live band on Saturday night - we really enjoyed this. 5. Larger serving on the free breakfast than usual hotels. 6. I like the menu on their resto bar - sooo many varieties to choose from. Pictures on the menu may not look so aesthetic, but, the actual serving is so generous and was really good for its price.. You won't get this much serving for that price range in Manila. Btw, they also accept credit card payment. 7. Great beach view from the resto. Perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. 8. There's also an atm within the hotel premises. 9. Also, they provide daily toiletries and water. Yeah, I listed it as other hotels in the Philippines only provide once no matter how long you stay. Cons: 1. Free parking but on a first come, first serve basis. This can be difficult on peak season. 2. The room is quite outdated. Rustic faucet, uncleaned chair, no telephone in the room to call the reception. However. the bed and pillows are clean. 3. No sugar on the free coffee, though this wasn't a deal breaker for us. 4. Make sure to literally order the free breakfast before 10AM, otherwise, it is forfeited if you order on 10:01 lol. I heared this from other guests that time. 5. Evident chlorine smell on the swimming pool. Overall: We are really satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed even without going outside the hotel resort's premises.

    Location: 10/10 very accessible, near convenient stores and there's ATM Machine outside Food: 8/10 offers wide variety of menu. Amenities: 5/10 it's an old building. You can smell the old furnitures from the room, the TV is also Outdated. Restaurant ceilings are full of webs and dust. Staff: 0/10 Prioritizes foreigners more than Filipino, sad. I asked for water during breakfast but the staff was very rude to me. I asked FIVE times because I can feel that I will choke already from eating sinangag with bangus. Staff will say " wait lang mam ha? Mag isa lang kasi ako" so I was patient at first, I asked for water inong intervals to give her time since I know what it feels like, however I feel it is unfair that 3 diff tables of foreigners who asked for coffee more recent than me was served immediately than the 1 glass of water I was asking. I asked 2 more times but got dismissed. Had to get my own tumbler from the room just to get a drink of water. Or else you will choke from going through the breakfast with no water served. And treated the least priority just because we are Filipino, which is sad because you are Filipino too. Overall will rate this 5/10. Beach is very accessible. Honestly will not recommend for family with kids due to the environment of woman going to foreigners possibly offering their services.
