    The hotel is decent for its price. The room was clean and came with the basic necessities, so overall, it was a comfortable stay. The shower water, however, was quite weak. You had to switch to cold water to get a stronger flow, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, the beach was not usable during our stay because of the habagat that had been ongoing for several days. To be fair, this was not the hotel’s fault, and the neighboring hotels and resorts also had the same situation. However, I do wish guests had been informed in advance, especially since having a beachfront experience was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, the hotel was good for its price, but clearer communication regarding the beach conditions would have made our stay and expectations better.

    The rooms are well kept, comfy beds and sheets, towels are provided, even toiletries. The only downside is the beach. Due to the recent typhoon the beachfront was a mess with trashes washed on shore. In order to enjoy the beach you have to swim a bit far which is kinda risky if you're not a swimmer. The pool compensated for the beach though. Perks of the location is another plus since there's a grocery store and other basic needs that can be purchased nearby. Subic main market is just a 10min drive from the location, but there's a talipapa nearby that is also another option.

    ur two-night stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly accommodating and approachable. Even though we had quite a few requests, they fulfilled them without hesitation. Subic Grand Seas Resort is highly recommended!

    Overall, we really loved our stay at Subic Grand Seas Resort and babalik kami for sure because of the place itself. The beachfront location was exactly what we were looking for. The view from our room was beautiful, relaxing, and super worth it. Very accessible din siya to different food spots and establishments around Subic, which made the stay more convenient. However, the biggest downside of our experience was the staff, especially the girl assigned at the information/help desk during our check in and check out. Sadly, she was not professional at all in the way she handled guests. We arrived at the standard check in time around 2 PM, but our room still wasn’t ready and we only got to check in around 2:30 PM. There was no apology or proper acknowledgment about the delay. Upon entering the room, the floor was still wet from mopping and the cleanliness was honestly disappointing considering they were still cleaning it upon our arrival. We even sent photos and messaged their page regarding the issue, but we got no response. Another concern was during check out. We were being rushed while we were simply cleaning up after ourselves before leaving because that’s how we personally are as guests. Instead of handling it politely, we were told that cleaning wasn’t necessary because the next guests were already being prioritized for check in. It honestly didn’t sit right with us considering we also experienced delayed check in ourselves. One more issue we encountered was with the beachfront glass door in our suite, which was one of the main reasons why I booked that specific room. Unfortunately, they initially didn’t have the key available. Thankfully, one of their maintenance staff really stepped up and made an effort to solve the problem by personally going out to have the key duplicated. Huge credit to him because he handled the situation professionally and genuinely tried to help us. The place itself is beautiful and worth coming back to, but management seriously needs to improve the professionalism and guest handling of the front desk/help desk staff because it greatly affects the overall experience. Also, we love kuya guard during night shift, he is very approachable and palangiti.
