    While the stay was overall okay, I don’t think it was worth the value of what we paid for. The room had a super bad drainage in the bathroom. Water in the shower area was accumulating while we were showering. It took hours to get it all drained. No hand soap provided. Room is very small and cannot reach the wifi. Even the smart TV (which by the way is part of their amenities that guests pay for) was completely useless because it could not connect to any of their wifis. There’s not a lot to do in this resort. Pools aren’t that good also. Other pools are empty and dirty. Restaurant closes at 7PM. Complimentary breakfast was not bad, but not that great also. Mushy garlic, cheap bad sausage and a little serving of scramble egg with egg shells. Staff are good. Told them the problems in the room. They did acknowledge it but eventually did not do anything to address the matters. If you are looking for weekend getaway in this area, this is not worth it.

    the staffs were nice and let us check in early. you can definitely feel relaxed and be surrounded by nature here. there weren't many people when we got there so the pools weren't crowded. i got a manicure for an added service but i didn't liked the outcome. massage was nice too but i think it finished too early. foods were great although some were a bit too pricey. would still recommend to anyone who wants a quick escape. 4/5 ⭐️

    We did not fully enjoy the so-called multiple swimming pools because majority of them are either under maintenance or too dirty to swim in.
