Some amenities are needing repairs. Overall still charming and more premium than the more crowded resorts. Sits between the low and high end resorts.

What disappointed me most was the inconsistency in communication and the lack of accountability from the staff. Before booking, I clearly informed the person I spoke with on their Facebook page that my second guest would not be checking in with me and would instead arrive early the following morning. I also asked if we could stay at the resort until 4:00 PM on our checkout day, since the last boat trip back is at 4:00 PM. I was told this would be fine and was advised to inform the front desk upon check-in, which I did. When I checked in, I explained the arrangement to the front desk. Initially, they wanted my second guest to pay a day-tour rate. I pointed out that he was already registered as the second occupant of the room and would simply be arriving the following morning before checkout time. After explaining this, they agreed. However, when my second guest arrived at around 10:45 AM the next day—before the 12:00 PM checkout time—he was stopped at the front desk and denied access to the room unless he paid the day-tour rate. I had to personally go to the front desk, explain the arrangement again, and even show screenshots of my prior conversation. The staff then admitted that the arrangement had not been properly endorsed during the shift handover. I found this frustrating because the lack of communication was entirely on their side, yet I was the one inconvenienced by it. To make matters worse, I was later told by the supervisor that according to their policy, overnight guests are not allowed to remain at the resort after checkout, even though day-tour guests are allowed to stay until 4:00 PM. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by honoring an arrangement that had already been approved before I booked. Had I been told from the beginning that my request would not be honored, I would have considered staying elsewhere. The only reason I made the request was because my second guest was arriving late and I wanted him to have at least a few hours to enjoy the resort amenities before we left. Throughout our stay, we spent over ₱11,000, including more than ₱4,000 on food and beverages. Despite that, the level of service did not reflect the premium rates being charged. One example was when I requested a beach towel at around 2:30 PM after using the pool. The front desk informed me they could not provide one because we had already checked out and that only one towel was allocated for the entire stay. By that point, I no longer had the energy to argue, but I found the response disappointing. Many resorts and hotels readily provide replacement towels when requested, especially when guests are still actively using the facilities. The room itself was fairly ordinary for the price, and while I understand that facilities may differ from property to property, excellent service can often make up for those shortcomings. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts over the years, and what separates a good property from an average one is not just the facilities but the guest experience. Unfortunately, the service, communication, and handling of our concerns fell well below my expectations. Overall, this stay was not worth the amount spent. I would not recommend the resort to friends and family, and if I had known in advance how these issues would be handled, I would have chosen another property. There are many accommodations that offer better value, better communication, and a much stronger commitment to guest satisfaction.

Staff are very nice. Great place to stay and relax!

Resort is good i can recomend those who wants a cozzy vacation and nature lover since the resort is cover full of tress which is i like it somuch.only one thing that i suggest that the staff need customer service training specially the receptionist. They didnt give complement refreshing drinks when we arrive.and the breakfast buffet its almost finish the food and no one waiter to attend the guest they just leave thefood and no waiter or waitress in dinning area. Hope so in the future guest they should level up the service.
