What they describe about the stay is quite different from experience/expectations. It’s a big NO for me. No WiFi connection, they said it’s sea view but it is not. It’s no no no.

Agoda is so rough, this is a condo commiulity, no room number the Agoda is so rough, it's a condo commiulity, need room number to get in, security guard stop us get in because Agoda didn't give us room number in confirmed letter ,we were forced to stay in the entrance and wait help under hot day. Then no electricity in the midnight till the morning still the same.

This might work for a family of five with a car, but overall, I would rather book directly with Kembali Resort than stay at this condo listed on Agoda.
Although each room can accommodate five people, the maximum occupancy is 10—and any extra guest beyond five is charged ₱500 each. The swimming pool is also limited to five guests, and each additional person must pay ₱800, which makes it impractical for larger groups.
Some of the utensils were clearly worn out or damaged, and the toilet badly needs deep cleaning.
Despite what the listing claims, the condo is quite far from the beach. The road leading there is steep and challenging—ideal for walking, but not with children or seniors.
Every corner of the condo has posted reminders warning of additional ₱500 charges for various things, which felt unwelcoming.
My personal experience with the owner/management was uncomfortable as well—our conversation left me feeling judged, which affected my overall impression of the place.

Stayed at the Veranda Condo had a pleasant experiance, but only in the evening you experience a low voltage which causes mahina ang aircon, pero meron naman fan.
