    The hotel is good overall. However, hygiene and air quality need improvement. I noticed cigarette smoke in various areas, including the lift and the lobby, and the ventilation seems poor—air feels trapped inside. The refrigerator was also not clean. We can tolerate the temporary accommodation issue, but the smell is the main concern. The hotel should keep the lobby smelling fresh (e.g., air fresheners) and ensure proper air ventilation in the lifts. They should also clearly display non-smoking zone stickers in the relevant areas.     I arrived at the hotel July 7 around 2pm. I want to thank for the reception man (Egyptian man, unfortunately I forgot his name) for he is hospitality and polite service. Room is large, comfortable bed. And washroom was clean. But problem is there was no kettle in the suite room, if you like a tea or coffee you can’t get it, no kitchen in the hotel as well. I had a problem with the WiFi connection, all evening I seated near to door only in one place, if go to bed side no WiFi connection.
