    Very bad staff and the people within are not friendly. Poor customer services and poorly hospitality. Washroom water not working, rooms not Clean. The day cleaners want is when they clean. Poor front desk services and poorly hospitality

    The room was not up to standard, with the bed and bedspread appearing unclean. Additionally, there were no available sockets to charge electronic devices. As a result, I had to make a reservation at a different hotel for the duration of my stay.
