    We were astounded by Banbas - you will be too! Each day here was luxurious. The staff were friendly, professional, and kind. We felt looked after every minute. Bookings/requests/needs were met everytime. The setting with pool and pond includes many fantastic birds and pond life which we could enjoy from our balcony at any moment. Breakfast and dinner was served with a view into the national park, my partner saw a rhino one lunchtime! Food was of the highest quality that we tried in Nepal (which itself has a strong food culture). Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was enormous! We slept peacefully each night and enjoyed all the goodies provided in the room. Access to town is 40mins by walking, or the hotel can arrange tuktuk for you at anytime which is fast and cheap. We stayed for 4 nights and indulged throughout our time. Big meals, cocktails, drinks, room service, and when the bill came we were very pleased with the value for money. This is a top stay in Nepal.

    I would like to begin by saying that the hotel is located in a very quiet and relaxing setting, which I genuinely appreciated during my stay. However, I regret to say that two serious service issues significantly affected my overall experience. The first incident occurred when I was served a bottle of Coke that was broken at the neck. Had I poured the drink into my glass without noticing, this could have resulted in serious injury. This was a potentially dangerous lapse in basic safety standards. What was most disappointing was that the staff involved did not offer an apology or show appropriate concern when the issue was pointed out. The second incident took place at checkout. I was presented with a bill that included both the room charges and a bar bill, despite the fact that I had already paid for the room online in advance. When I challenged this, the staff appeared dismissive and, again, did not offer an apology. Even the supervisor’s response lacked the courtesy and accountability one would reasonably expect in such a situation. While mistakes can happen in any establishment, the complete absence of apology or acknowledgment in both cases is unacceptable. A sincere apology and a more professional response would have gone a long way toward mitigating these issues. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address both the service attitude and safety checks, so that future guests do not encounter similar experiences.

    A pretty good hotel with a quiet and beautiful interior environment. The room is clean and comfortable, right next to the jungle. Additionally, the hotel restaurant has a great taste and is worth a try. The hotel is also 3 kilometers away from the town center, but hotel will arrange a tutu car for you to travel back and forth conveniently. This is definitely the first choice hotel for experiencing the chitwan Jungle.

    All the luxury of living while preserving the natural ambience of the place.Staff were superb , food delicious with a very accommodating Chef , best of all is the natural lake home to numerous birds and fish!! Shame there was no fishing gear at the resort.
