    Decent place for a short stay. Owner is very accommodating. Clean and comfortable room. Water dispenser and ironing facilities available outside of the room. Location is near kfc and petrol station.

    Safe and exceptionally clean. KFC and petrol kiosk 3mins walk away. 24hr check in. Owner was very nice and accommodating, checked with us if our room is okay. Went there to dive, was able to hang our wet clothes outside. Towels provided.

    Initially I booked 2 nights here. But due to an emergency, I had to check out in the first hour of checking in. In my limited interaction there, I found the place to be quite... Underwhelming. I arrived around 6pm. There was no one at the reception table. I had to press the call button a few times, only then there was a young woman carrying a baby that came and gave me the room keys. The house was dark when I arrived. No hall lights were turned on, both on the ground and first floor. The good thing was, the room was huge. The bathroom was also big. The air conditioning to me was underpowered to cover the whole room. The television was not working. When I left there around 710pm, the whole house was still dark. No lights were turned on. (Are the guests supposed to turn it on themselves?) Anyway, I booked this place due to reviews that I read here and at Google. Maybe it was their bad day? Or even maybe it was just my luck to get the experience that I had with this place. Anyway, this is the first time that I experienced the total opposite of the good Agoda and Google review of a place to stay. Would I book again? Based on my experience, NO. Would I recommend? Again, based on what I experienced, NO. Like I said, maybe it just wasn't my luck on that day. Pro: Location along the main road (Dungun - Paka) with easy access to food and convenient shop. KFC is just a stone's throw away and 7e is also within walkable distance. Cons: The Villa needs to be well lit. A customer may get a negative vibe when entering the house that's dark. I did not get a good first impression of the place. Staff could be more informative to customers checking in.
