    Perhaps just not my day. Water problem on day 2. @ 5am till 10 am water not available. Not a single drip. No maintenance available despite called many times. Only available at 8 am. The boys take it seriously to settle the issue. Tq on that. Have to purchase 20 bottled water, just to ease ourselves. However, the owner refunded my 1 night though. Appreciate it. Parking is limited. Water dripping from ceiling in the bathroom.

    Unfortunately, my stay at Turtle Hotel was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations. There is no lift, which makes it inconvenient, especially for guests with heavy luggage, elderly family members, or children. The bathroom was dirty, and both the bedsheets and pillowcases appeared unclean and did not seem to have been properly changed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the management takes cleanliness and maintenance more seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
