- location is good for attractions places near ayer hangat. - we took this lodge as we bring our cat together. if you all bring pets, then this place is good for your. otherwise i not recommend. - Room is not too big not too small - rusty kettle. got 2 kettle. both are rusty at the bottom. - bed is too small for couple. - worse. dont have thick duvet. only thin blanket. its so cold at night because they dont put thermal curtain to block the cold from outside because the room has big mirror window. so its VERY COLD AT NIGHT eventho we turn off the ac/fan. - dirty towel. then, we request another 2. so ok. - helpful staff named RUBY. - the place is quite scary for us, rooms are surrounded with big trees and messy landscape. dry leaves is not taken care. - got few dogs around, but they are nice. - got rats at night, looking foods inside the bin. - got big holes/ airways in the toilet. please consider to put curtain. people can see from outside. to the owners, im writing only honest review. please consider to mantain your place. because people come to stay with fee. so, please give the best for people wo stay. dont take for granted only.

No WiFi and place needs abit more maintenance other than that amazing stay

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at Rouhi Retreats from 30th Aug - 2nd Sept. We were a group of 9 guests, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to multiple issues with the property and host. The problems we encountered included: • The house was very dusty and not properly cleaned. • Not enough blankets provided. Each bed only had one small blanket, making it very difficult to share between two people. • A significant amount of lizard droppings inside the accommodation, which was unhygienic. • No pots and pans available upon arrival, despite the listing indicating kitchen facilities. • Unlike the neighboring property, this house had no water filter machine. • Poor service from the host, who was unresponsive and even asked us to fix a broken door lock ourselves. • The shower areas had no privacy as there were no blinds. • One bed was actually a couch in the living room with no air conditioning, which was not mentioned in the listing. Thankfully, the grounds staff (Cleaner Robi and Handyman Mr. Guna) were very kind and accommodating, and Robi helped resolve the bed issue by arranging an additional space. Their efforts made the stay slightly more bearable, but the overall standard of the property fell far below what was advertised on Agoda.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. Upon arrival, the actual condition of the property was nothing like the photos shown on Agoda. The environment was extremely poorly maintained, unhygienic, and raised serious safety concerns. The room was unusable. I immediately informed the owner about the issues on the same day, and no action was taken to resolve the problems. Because the place was not fit for stay, I checked out on the first day and did not stay overnight at all. However, the owner later told Agoda that I “completed my stay” and that they “upgraded my room”, which is completely untrue. The “upgrade” was not requested, did not fix any issue, and I had already left the property due to the unacceptable conditions. What disappoints me even more is that Agoda accepted the property’s version despite the evidence I provided, including the conversation where I reported the issue immediately. There was no proper investigation of the misleading photos and serious hygiene problems. Future guests should be aware: 1. The listing photos do not match reality. 2. The hygiene and safety conditions were unacceptable. 3. The owner denied the facts and refused responsibility. 4. My report and evidence were ignored even though I did not stay at the property. This experience has damaged my trust in both the property and the Agoda review system.
