    Checked in last night and honestly felt quite disappointed 😔 The room in the Agoda pictures looked much bigger and nicer, but the actual room was very different and much smaller than expected. There was no water heater or iron provided in the room. The towel given even had holes in it, and there were no spoons or forks available. We also had to go outside the room just to get hot/cold water from the Coway machine. Overall, the experience did not match the listing and expectations.

    I booked a room that explicitly included breakfast. However, I was told upon arrival that breakfast was not included. Even though I planned to eat out with friends anyway, it is a matter of honesty and accurate advertising. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, the room cleanliness was acceptable, and the location was perfect for my needs.
