    Love the place as many restaurants are nearby. Rayhan was very helpful, much appreciated.

    The facilities and condition of the hotel room were extremely poor. The toilet flush was not working properly, the shower had issues, the bathroom drain was clogged, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was noisy and leaking water. The TV was not working, the bathroom sliding door was broken, the room door lock was faulty, and the key card could not be scanned properly. Parking was very limited, and there were not enough parking spaces for guests. Considering the poor condition of the hotel, the room rate was too expensive. The hotel management should urgently renovate and maintain the property before its ratings drop even further. Otherwise, it may become difficult to attract future bookings. This is my honest feedback. Thank you.
