This is a place I came to stay when they newly open. And continued to stay here when I’m travelling solo to Penang . This comment us self explanatory .

such a bad respons from staff/middleman, there was a time when I already book and made payment for the room and got the email from agoda, but then when i came to do self check in where i have to enter the key password to get an access card in the locker, it says the password was wrong. I tried many times and still same. I tried to contact the owner to get refund or help me with the problem but still got no respons until this day where its already in the new year lol.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the service was fast and efficient. I would recommend it for travelers looking for a cheap option to stay.

I haven't generally had many problems with no contact hostels, however I got to the area at 3:00 and it took over an hour of phone calls and emails to get me in. I don't have the biggest issur with this as I came in on NYE and it is somewhat understandable.
Far more worrisome was the capsules themselves. Controlled by an card, they were janky and not working very well. Me and another customer spent 20 minutes trying to open his capsule, and I had a rather unpleasant time being stuck inside, because it wouldn't unlock. I didn't realize how claustrophobic I was until then.
