    I booked this apartment for 3 days and 2 nights, and we were assigned Jazz Suite 2, Room A-501. At first, I was very excited because this was my first time staying here, and I had high expectations. However, after checking in, I felt extremely disappointed. As you can see from the photos I have shared, and those are only half of the issues we encountered, the condition of the apartment was far from what I expected. There was no water dispenser, and what disappointed us the most was that there was no rice cooker when we wanted to cook rice that evening! The kitchen utensils provided were also unsatisfactory. Just look at the spatula — even the handle was already detached. There was only one induction cooker, and with no rice cooker available, we had to wait a long time for our meals because we had to cook everything one by one. The sofa and bed were also quite dirty, with what appeared to be stains that had not been properly cleaned. On top of that, contacting the staff and owner was quite frustrating. Sometimes, my messages were simply left on read without any response. I had to send two or three follow-up messages before receiving a reply, and even then, the response was very slow. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering that it was my first stay here. I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below my expectations.

    Booked for one night. Then i try to call the operator of the unit ( phone no. stated inside the booking) , several times, but no answer. Frustrated and disappointed but not showing it to my wife and kid, i booked another place where it is 1000000x better in service and responsive. Don't book here, truly a scam. I hope Agoda can really look into this and take action, before other customer fall into their continuous scam. Tq

    Very Poor Management!Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I only received the instructions at 4:26 PM after repeatedly calling and following up. A RM200 deposit was required. I checked out at 11:30 AM, but still had not received my refund by 7:40 PM. Very disappointing experience! Poor communication and unprofessional management.
