I booked this hotel for a short rest and a shower as my car was at a workshop located opposite the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
The shower water pressure was extremely low and almost unusable. I informed the receptionist, who mentioned that the plumbing issue had been reported for a long time but has not yet been resolved.
In addition, the room cleanliness was not satisfactory. There were baby cockroaches alot present, the walls were dirty with drawings, the room was dusty, and the bedsheets had visible stains.
I understand that this is a budget hotel and I did not expect high standards. However, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained. Even at RM48 per day, guests should at least be provided with a clean and hygienic room.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their maintenance and housekeeping standards.
