There are many good ones and ONE bad about this hotel Good ones: 1. The room is spacious and clean. But expect the room is only equipped with two pillows only if it meant for two people to stay. Mostly other hotels prepare extra pillows with no extra charge. If you don't mind paying extra for every little things, the room is comfortable and worth to stay. The location is very good. There is a restaurant Ayam Gepuk Ibuk Bapak downstairs the hotel. The Chinatown and Pasar Payang is just walking distance from the hotel. There are many batik clothes shop too. 7-11s, Watson's, secret recipes are nearby too. BAD one The previous review about the management is right(a Chinese) is quite rude and no etiquette at all towards customers. I didn't realize I could remove the access card as my son was in the room and I need to handle an emergency matter and got back in the middle of the night. I felt grateful the management picked up my call at midnight but he told me in a very rude way not to do that again and reluctantly giving me the passcode to enter the gate of the hotel. I know he reluctantly to give the passcode is probably to ensure the safety of the people who stay in the hotel but he could speak nicely and understand the situation before accusing. The guy asked me not to do it again. I will definitely not coming back to this hotel anymore if this kind of attitude from the management. My friend who purposely booked another room because the management told me that my room only can fit in 2 people. Please don't keep repeating reminding people just for two people stay only. If the room is only for two people to stay, why do you prepare queen size bed and a single bed in the room? Make the room smaller and you won't have the issue of number of people exceeded the requirement staying in the hotel. Overall, if you are looking for convenience, comfort and spaciousness during your stay, this hotel is your choice. Just make sure don't call the management. Dear management, good luck in your business and I'm not sure your business can be maintained if this kind of attitude towards customers. All the best and thanks for the comfort stay in your hotel!
