The room was okay overall, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The toilet looked like it was only lightly cleaned, as there were noticeable yellow stains which were quite unpleasant. There was also quite a lot of dust in the room. We also experienced a water disruption for about two hours yesterday, although we’re not sure what caused it. On the positive side, the hotel staff handled the issue quickly and well. They also sent us a box of mineral water for our use while there was no water, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, everything else was good, and I appreciate how quickly the staff responded to the water issue. However, the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and room, could be improved.
