    1- I'm confirmed booking on 10/8; 23:51 for 12/8. When check-in on 12/8, be informed that room was not available and need pay extra to upgrade. 2- TV available, but be informed channel not available Can this call DEFRAUD!!!

    lift not working. Printer not function, will PDF the receipt (is OK for me). But after 3 days also not received. Mouldy/ black stain in room & bathroom. A single cloth hanger also not available
