    Overall, I had a good stay. They just need to improve the hygiene and cleanliness, especially in the toilet and bathroom.

    Overall, it was a good stay. Everything was good except the toilet. It would be much better if the toilet was cleaned daily.

    The hostel is NOT in good shape. Dirt everywhere, it must have been years since it's been cleaned. My bed was covered in hair and I had the strong impression the sheets weren't even fresh. I was the only one in a 10 bed dorm - most of the other beds remained used. The bathroom sink is a petrie dish, the toilets are gross. The toilet stalls are small enough to hit your knees. Don't be fooled by positive reviews, they give them out to 5-star ratings. My request for a refund for my unused night was denied and made unnecessarily complicated. They did offer to put me in another of their accomodations, but upon review they had the exact same issues.
