    I stayed at Holly Crest Hotel while attending a BTS concert at SoFi Stadium. The room was clean and quiet, and having a private sink in the room was very convenient. Although there was no private bathroom, the shared bathroom was clean and perfectly fine to use. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location. SoFi Stadium is only about a 15-minute walk away, which made getting to and from the concert very easy.

    The biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency about the check-in time. We arrived on an early flight and expected to check in around 2:00–3:00 PM, as is common with most hotels. Only after booking did we realize that the hotel’s check-in time was 9:00 PM (21:00). Because waiting until 9:00 PM was not practical, we had to pay almost the same amount as our original booking just to be able to settle in by 2:00 PM. Hotels are free to set their own check-in policies, but a 9:00 PM check-in is highly unusual and should be clearly and prominently disclosed before a guest books and pays. Had we known this upfront, we would have booked somewhere else. Travelers with morning or afternoon arrivals should definitely check the check-in time carefully before booking.
