    karaoke noise from the adjecent room was so loud. couldn’t sleep. asked to change the room but answer was no. didn’t realize they were selling rooms with absolutely have no noise proof. they built rooms at the basement of the building and equipped karaoke in the rooms. they should have informed clients of this horrible inconvenience in advance.

    Massage chair, coat sanitiser fridge and computer are the best room facilities i’ve ever experienced. Love it, need it! Specially in the winter and after whole day walk. The shared laundry and kitchen area is clean and nice. Good location, kind and helpful staffs Just need a little adjustment on the bed mattress to have medium-soft because its too hard and because am not used to with it so i have problem to have good sleep. Definitely will come back to stay there.

    The alarm kicked in the middle of the night, due to someone smoking in the room( at least i was said that) but i was shocked to see how the emergency stairs were not kept free but full of big bags and how at least one emergency exit was useless since there is no space to get out of the building. Luckily the emergency was not real otherwise it might be a serious issues for customers to get safely out of the building.
