    I am satisfied with the way the hotel staff accommodated me before my actual check in time, which is 4 PM. I politely asked the front desk if I can check in as soon as I arrived and I told them that I will be going to BTS concert. Which to my delight, they gladly accepted and I just waited for around 15 mins then I was able to check in. Thank you for the excellent service!!
