    We arrived at 1:00 am in the morning and were told that our room was not available. We did call several days before to confirm but nevertheless was told that the room was not available. We were told we had to pay more money for the “deluxe” room. The “deluxe” room had not been cleaned. What to do at 1:00 am far from facilities and where no taxi wants to go? Pay money and stay in dirty room.
