I stayed at this motel for one night. The check-in process was smooth, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and the bathroom was quite dirty. The bathroom walls had visible mold or mildew in several areas, and the glass surfaces had many stains and water marks. The toilet seat was also loose and kept moving, and I noticed two small cockroaches in the bathroom.
Because of the overall condition and cleanliness of the room, I was also unsure whether the blankets and bedding had been properly washed and cleaned, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
There were two of us staying in the room, but only one pair of indoor slippers was provided. There were also only two clothes hangers, and they were placed behind the door in a spot that was quite difficult to notice.
I had requested a room on a higher floor, but I was given a room on the second floor. Overall, the poor cleanliness, limited amenities, and condition of the room made the stay quite unpleasant.

We arrived at 1:00 am in the morning and were told that our room was not available. We did call several days before to confirm but nevertheless was told that the room was not available. We were told we had to pay more money for the “deluxe” room. The “deluxe” room had not been cleaned. What to do at 1:00 am far from facilities and where no taxi wants to go? Pay money and stay in dirty room.
