Location is ok, walkable to Sinchon shopping area but not that close. It's fine for me since I went there in spring. There are two ways to reach there. One is easy to walk and another is a quiet and dark steep Pro : Staff is very helpful. Can leave a luggage after check-out. Has an elevator though there are few steps in front of if. Minimart next to the hotel. The price is good concerning the location Con : Cleanliness needs an improvement. It may look ok at first but I noticed stains on a fridge including a handle. It can be wiped off (and the tissue was absolutely black!) So I wonder why they won't. On the last day I saw a tissue pack under the bed which was surely not mine. Look like they didn't sweep under the bed. I got a twin bedroom and both beds were not comfortable. They were creaky and the mattresses feel lumpy and uneven.

The location is very convenient, with access to two nearby stations. Sinchon Station is close and has facilities like E-mart and Daiso, which is very handy. Seogangdae Station is the nearest, but there is a slope and stairs, which makes it a bit difficult when carrying luggage. One thing to note is that there are no visible staff at the front desk. During check-in, it was quite confusing at first. There is an instant contact method on the wall, and I contacted them via WhatsApp. They responded very quickly, which I really appreciated. Luggage storage is self-service as well, placed in a room without supervision. The room key is also picked up at the front desk by yourself. After entering the room, I found that the facilities were quite minimal. There were no tissues, only one chair, and the table was very small. There was also no trash bin in the room. The bathroom was relatively spacious, but the mirror was quite small. Cleanliness was also an issue. The wallpaper was visibly dirty, and there were dead mosquitoes and insects in the room. The table was covered in dust, which made it clear that proper cleaning had not been done. On the positive side, if bottled water is not enough, you can take more from the first floor. There is also a microwave, plastic wrap, and trash bags available on the first floor, which is helpful since there is no trash bin in the room. Overall, it is a convenient location, but the hotel operates more like a self-service accommodation with limited facilities and needs improvement in cleanliness.
