Halla Guest House

Good accomodation but not for the picky ones. If you are like me who just needs a place to sleep and not particular about the amenities at all, this would be good! Location is good but difficult to find due to lack of proper signage. Outside is a bus stops and just a few stops away from bus interchange and has direct bus to airport.

Halla Guesthouse is well located on the main road, with a bus stop right outside providing good airport connectivity and a CU store across the road. However, finding the hostel at night can be difficult due to bad lighting, unclear signage, and the entrance displaying "Lyndon Guesthouse," which can be confusing. The board at the reception indicate that Lyndon Guesthouse is also known as Halla Guesthouse The guesthouse operates across the 6th and 7th floors, with reception located on the 6th floor. The building lobby on the ground floor felt dark and empty at night, which could feel a bit uncomfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable for the price. However, I was initially assigned a broken and bent bed. Although the receptionist informed me about it in advance, a language barrier led me to misunderstand its condition. Thankfully, another bed in the room was available and I was allowed to switch after confirming with reception. If no other bed had been available, sleeping comfortably would have been difficult. The guesthouse should repair broken beds promptly or avoid assigning them to guests. Overall, despite a few issues, the stay was comfortable and offered good value for money.

i had this place booked for one night. went there around 13h and there was no one for the checkin. i stayed there waiting until around 17h an nothing. not a single soul im there, the place was open, the rooms were open, but there wasn’t a single staff member there to help me checkin/give me info about where my room was..etc. i could see how small the rooms were, and the common place was super dirty. after giving up i booked a different place on the same building which turned out to be nice. but this one here was terrible, i do not recommend

I was there for two nights out of the 5 I booked because I had to move to southern Jeju, I’ll say that the rooms are alright and everything works, the place is quite filthy and if you care about hygiene then you should definitely consider elsewhere .
