The room was as advertised and the receptionist was very accommodating. They have a common area where you can use the microwave, get disposable utensils and even ice with free paper cups!

The room was clean… toiletries where provided… also water and coffee..
they allowed me to leave my luggage in the lobby while waiting for my check in time… they also allowed me to leave my bag for a while in the lobby after check out..

We checked in between 5-6pm. Wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the room. Tried cleaning and disinfecting, dust everywhere (headboard, tables etc). It triggered my allergies. Had to book another hotel and checked out before 7pm. 😭

The hotel seemed to take advantage of the BTS concert period by increasing the room rate unreasonably. The price was far too high for the quality of the room, and it was not worth it at all. The room felt very ordinary and did not justify the inflated rate. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and extremely poor value for money.
