    We came during a a Korean holiday (Liberation Day) and it was an amazing stay! The beach is 1 min walk away, directly in front of the hotel. The ocean views were amazing - worth paying a bit more for. The hotel is steps from cafe and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel provided free water and coffee in the lobby. The staff was really friendly. Favourite hotel we stayed in Korea during our trip.

    Out of all the beaches I visited in Gangneung, Gyeongpo beach is my favourite. It was also nice to be able to watch the sunrise from the hotel room. The only downside is that while the slide doors were double glazed, the doors didn't seem to fully close. So the sounds would still come into the room. Luckily it wasn't too noisy for the most parts at night so it didn't disrupt my sleep. The room is pretty clean and the hotel staff are nice. The room is comfortable and I got to rest well here when I spent most of the day indoors just recovering and enjoying the room.
