    We stayed at CIMA for 4 nights and it was very affordable. I have stayed at Head One, Hotel U, and Banwal in the past, CIMA Hotel was the one truly has non smoking rooms. The location is also very convenient. The only draw back is the mattress is not very comfortable, but can't complain because of the price.
