Lage und Unterkunft traumhaft- man fühlt sich von Anfang an zu Hause. Schon die Dachterasse ist ein Grund wieder zu kommen.

Locatie prima. Geen sleutels, maar een app voor het openen van de deuren, werkte heel prettig. Appartement had alle voorzieningen om aangenaam te verblijven. Zeer klantvriendelijke en servicegerichte hoast ( koffiezetapparaat stuk, binnen een paar uur vervangen)

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal dans un quartier animé le soir avec de nombreux restaurants . On peut tout visiter à pied dans un rayon de 1h de marche. L’appartement est agréable et la terrasse doit être appréciable par temps un peu plus chaud que pendant mon séjour. Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour faire un peu de cuisine est fourni et en bon état, L’ouverture des portes avec l’application Hoomvit me stressait un peu avant mon arrivée à l’appartement mais finalement l’application s’est révélée facile à utiliser
À cause d’une odeur d’égouts dans l’appartement, il est nécessaire de fermer les portes de la cuisine et de la salle de bain et d’aérer ces pièces. Les poignées de ces portes ont besoin d’être changées afin de fonctionner facilement et silencieusement pour rendre le séjour de plus d’une personne plus agréable. Le revêtement du sol doit avoir manqué d’un bon nettoyage car il paraît sale.

The area has lots of bars & restaurants & near to shopping areas
The apartment seemed clean but on further inspection, the furniture is low quality and was badly stained, the bathroom needs a new sink tap as it is corroded, in fact the whole apartment needs a deep clean, there is no attention to detail. The terrace again needs attention the furniture is old & dirty. There was no sign at the property to indicate Florit Flats which is confusing, the main door is difficult to open with the key.
