Was on a road trip in Fukuoka and decided to stay two nights in Beppu city to experience the Onsen Capital of Japan. Selected Hajimari as our accomodation as their rooms variety were really interesting. There are a total of 6 rooms on Level 3 and 4, while the check-in area also functions as a cafe/restaurant. Check-in and check-out were fuss-free and very convenient. Room C, where we stayed at, was tastefully designed and still very practical. Love the amenities provided, from coffee beans and grinder and filter cup for a fresh brew to the toaster and microwave. Washing machine was also available in Room C which was very helpful for our road trip. Not to mention, the hotel also provided a free ticket to a few selected local onsen for the real local onsen experience. If driving, the carpark lots are located within a 3-5mins walk away. Though more details will only be shared when checking in. Nonetheless, these is a nearby Lawson where you can park your car temporarily if you are unable to find the carpark lots before checking in. This accom is easily a recommended stay for anyone considering a visit to Beppu.
