    Definitely a perfect place if you are into solemn and relaxation. The place is family owned and very kind and helpful. 11-min walk to this place is a 40y.o Shimoda gem that offers one of the freshest and yummiest seafood menu I have tried. The onsen however has 500/person payment and needs to be scheduled per slot for privacy. Same with the breakfast. Definitely gives you peaceful and stress free stay! I recommend going to this hotel and to the nearby place if you are coming by car. Shops close at around 2PM and reopen from 5/6PM then closes at 8-9PM so be plan your itinerary accordingly. Moreover, Shimoda trip was one for the books with this hotel as a cream on top!

    This place is in Beautiful location and has wonderful view but not up-to the mark from facility and amenities perspective. Private hot water bath is extra charge and not maintained well. Hot water issues for bathing.
