    This was our 3rd stay at Fenice Hakuba. We love this place. So cozy, very easy access to Goryu/47. We love that they have a small kitchen that we can prep simple breakfast, and you even have a fire pit in the living room. How do we keep forgetting to bring some marshmallows!

    Fenice Hakuba is a good choice if you are looking for somewhere well located and good value for money to ski Hakuba, especially 47/Goryu slopes. The lodges are spacious, with enough room to keep all your gear, and good size bedrooms. Small kitchen is a nice plus too. Facilities are a bit dated and it is a shame they no longer do breakfast (they did last time we stayed in 2024). Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them (I can speak Japanese so can't comment on English ability). It's not the most stylish place but is good value for money, especially given the price rises being seeing in Hakuba due to the influx of foreign tourists. Will definitely look again if we come back to the valley.

    If you book here you will have a whole apartment with 2 bedrooms, toilet, living room and a basement. The staffs are super friendly. I dropped my phone in another place and they all supported me a lot in finding the phone back and give suggestion for buses that we could take. The place is also dog friendly so you can see many cute doggos. We highly recommend this place!
