    Self-check in and check-out is very easy to do. Location wise, the hotel is beside Aeon Mall, Tenjin underground mall, tax free shops, convenience stores and subway. It is one of the homiest and spacious hotel/Airbnb I have stayed in Japan. The hotel support staff/team is also very accommodating to my inquiries and requests.

    Not far from MRT and bus station ,many restuarant nearby. The room was so clean and has facility inside even washing machine.

    Good value hotel with sufficient space for 3 luggage to open fully. Self check-in could be faster if hotel could send pre registration for Japan accommodation rather than doing at the lobby. Video call with staff was done at lobby to verify our faces. Also had to pay a fee 1,600Y at check-in but I cannot remember what it was for. Pillow was very flat, no extra pillows provided. Also note laundry detergent is not provided, we had to go out to buy so to use their washing machine. It was very surprising for us. Nevertheless a comfortable stay, good for the location.

    We booked a room for 4 nights, thinking it was very spacious and centrally located, being in the Tenjin area. However, compared to other apartments we had stayed in earlier on in our trip, this was dark, the carpets smelled musty, there was noisy construction work right outside the balcony, the elevator and lobby were also old and rather worn down. Considering the provision for laundry, we also felt the balcony was not built to hang dry much, so we ended up drying our towels in the bathroom with the heated exhaust. The bed springs also poke at your back and the pillows are so thin. Maybe for convenience, it might be ideal but comfort-wise, it just made us want to go home already.
