    I was shown the rate of 5k for the room on agoda on which heavy discount was going on. Read reviews and I paid over 2k thinking it's a good one. Not worth even 1k as it's an illegally modified building with barely any space in the passage, lift, or between rooms. Dangerously narrow staircase. As seen in the pic a dirty mattress was kept right outside our room door. Bathroom filthy n full of mosquitoes. Moreover had to fill bucket to flush the commode which had flush issues. Learnt that it's a new trick to show higher rates, show heavy discount n get the below average room booked
