    Our stay was comfortable, and the lodge is located in a very convenient and easily accessible area. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant stay. One thing we truly appreciated was that the management allowed us to check in early at 8:30 AM, even though the standard check-in time was 12:00 PM. The staff were courteous, supportive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They also helped us extend our booking when our work got delayed, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback was the hot water facility. During our stay, there was an issue with their water heating system, so we had to use cold water for bathing. The location is an added advantage. There is a pure vegetarian restaurant right next to the lodge, along with a laundry service. We dined at Brundavan Grand Hotel, located just outside the lodge, and found the food to be delicious, hygienic, and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent hospitality, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

    I was made to wait till 2.30 noon instead of 12 noon check in time. All my programs were collapsed.
