    This was by far the worst experience I’ve had choosing an apartment stay. The property does not even provide basic essentials. There were no blankets in the room, no water mug or bucket in the bathroom, and to make things worse, the washroom light was not working at all. The room was not cleaned before check-in. It was filled with used grocery bags and food covers, left over nails making it extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. Cleanliness was completely ignored. On the booking app, they advertise that the property comes with all amenities, but in reality, you are charged extra for everything. Shockingly, even mobile charging sockets require additional payment, which is absolutely unacceptable. When we approached the staff for help, their response was always the same: We are only workers here. If the company provides items, we can give them. The company has not provided anything. This clearly shows a lack of accountability and poor management by the company. It’s common sense that people coming for a holiday or vacation cannot carry blankets and basic household items with them. However, after this experience, I genuinely feel it’s better to carry your own blanket if you ever plan to stay here. Since it was winter, we had no choice but to order a blanket separately just to survive the cold. Overall, this was a horrible and extremely frustrating experience. The property is poorly managed, misleading in its amenities listing, and does not meet even the most basic expectations of a stay. *I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.*
