"It felt like staying in a general ward hospital, rather than a hotel. There is dirt and spots, chipped wall corners everywhere. Upon opening the door, the room was smelling so strongly bad that I had poured almost half a bottle of perfume everywhere, and still couldn't get rid of it. Towels and bedsheets were the worst — white towels have almost become pale and torn at the corners, yet they give them to guests to use. There are marks and spots on the bedsheet and pillow everywhere. The bedsheets have clearly been used for many years now. Surprisingly, the toilets were clean — I was not expecting that. But the bathroom is still disgusting and makes you want to vomit. Even though the entire hotel was mostly empty, the staff didn't bother to provide another room even after I complained. They said a smirking sorry. They called my room to check out even before their official checkout time. They might have called me on the phone at least 7 times about 300 rupees due to a misplaced key, even though I told them I was driving and would pay once I reached home. They should have charged it during checkout. With taxes, Rs. 9,000/- for this disgusting experience is a complete rip-off to customers. The hotel only looks good from the outside, which is misleading — you would never guess how low-grade the inside is. Believe me, it's the worst. Their so called famous food court, has just medicore taste and high price tags.

Clean and spacious room with great location

The hotel and its facilities like the food court were good for the money, but the guest services were horrible.
