    We booked 8 rooms for 16 people, and unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. Upon arrival, none of the rooms had been cleaned. When we complained about the lack of cleanliness, the staff refused to address our concerns or clean the rooms. Additionally, we booked the rooms online at a rate of Rs. 2,250 per night, only to find out that the actual price was Rs. 1,500. This pricing discrepancy was quite frustrating. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

    Photos posted on agoda is to deceive the customers, reality of hotel is completely different. Rooms are untidy, cracked walls, ac not working, staffs are worst. Front picture of hotel and rooms on agoda is of different hotel. No ventilation as well in the room, if ac not working. Paid 6.4k for 2 rooms, but got only 1 ac working room. I can go on and on about the demerits. Never go to this hotel in my opinion.

    The hotel experience was extremely disappointing. The photos they advertised were completely misleading, as the reality was nowhere close. The bathroom was unclean, and the rooms looked very dirty. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel staff, I received no response. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I am highly dissatisfied with both the hotel and its service.
