The property was good and the front desk person was able to give me an upgraded room due to another customer cancelled the occupancy. But the restaurant service was really bad and there was no person available to attend to us. We ordered a portion of milk and Horlicks for my 4 yr old who was hungry. They took more than 45 mins to give the same after 6 to 7 followup with the ppl who were available for servicing. Out of which one time we went straight to the kitchen to get and update and reminder them about our order. This made our entire experience worse and pathetic which spoiled our entire peace of mind throughout the stay. We heard same exp stories from fellow room mates who reported that they took 2.5 hrs to give their Lunch. There was no available to atleast listen to us and give the resolution at the earliest. The RM came and met us the next day after the issue was escalated to multiple leves within the property. There was a very big communication gap within the staffs and others. Also the *** which was given to us had a broken toilet seat and everytime to lift/bring it down it came off completely. We had to manage the same for our entire stay since we were unsure about othe room availability. The cutlery or used plates/glasses were not cleared from the time we checked in till we checked out. The only positive feel was the security person who was incharge for both days. He was warm and helped us with local sightseeing information. We would like extend our gratitude to the person and I'm sorry I forgot to ask his name. But he was really good and the front desk person who allotted our room was also helpful and warm.
