Breakfast was served paor 9, while it was supposed to start at 7:30. We had to ask for towels at the swimming pool, which should be available already and towels were provided after 10-15 min of requesting these aspects can be made better

Limited options for rooms.. for family of four we can have bigger rooms and better arrangements

Location was good. Room was neat and clean, Staffs were good.

The quality of the food was poor, and the pricing was not justified considering both the food quality and the facilities provided. For nearly the same price, GRT Great Trails Kodaikanal offered an excellent experience, including high-quality dinner, breakfast, and high tea with a good variety of snacks. I had requested and paid for an extra cot during my stay; however, it was never provided. At the time of checkout, I raised this issue and requested that the additional charge be waived since the service had not been delivered. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, I was informed that I should have reminded the staff, which was disappointing. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure that services paid for by guests are provided as committed. Overall, the experience did not offer good value for money, and there is significant room for improvement in both service quality and customer care.
