    We had a wonderful two-night stay at Le Yercaud, spending our first night in the Signature Pool Villa and the second in the Jacuzzi Suite. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with spotless bathrooms, lovely balcony views, and probably the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever seen in a hotel room! I had planned a special birthday surprise for my wife, and Mr. Rajkumar, the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated exactly as requested, a birthday cake was arranged, and the team ensured my wife had absolutely no idea about the surprise. Their attention to these little details genuinely made me say WOW! A very special appreciation to Mr. Dhanapal from Security, an incredibly kind-hearted, humble, hardworking, and dedicated person. His genuine care, helpfulness, and warm attitude truly deserve recognition. People like him are a real asset to the resort! Huge kudos to Mr. Mohan, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Jothi Perumalsaamy from Housekeeping, for their outstanding hospitality, attentiveness, and exceptional service throughout our stay. The private pool was spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standards. The food was delicious, the buffet breakfast had a good and satisfying variety, and the resort's convenient location right at the entrance of Yercaud town is an added advantage. What truly sets Le Yercaud apart is its wonderful team, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to make guests feel special. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was simply outstanding! A heartfelt thank you to Rajkumar, Mohan, Jothi Perumalsaamy, and Dhanapal for making our stay and my wife's birthday celebration so memorable. One of our most satisfying resort experiences, and we would definitely love to return. Highly recommended! ❤️
