Substandard Service and Poor Hygiene Standards – Not Recommended I am writing this review to advise potential guests to look elsewhere. Our recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to a severe lack of professionalism, poor management, and substandard hygiene. Check-In Delay: Upon arrival, the check-in process was incredibly disorganized, and we were forced to wait for over an hour before being assigned a room. Room Maintenance Issues: The initial room allocated to us had a malfunctioning toilet. While management did eventually move us to a secondary room, this should have been verified before our arrival. Lack of Essential Amenities: The room was not stocked with standard amenities such as towels or toiletries. Despite multiple requests made to the staff throughout the day, these basic items were not delivered to our room until 10:00 PM. Hygiene and Sanitation Concerns: Housekeeping standards are unacceptable; the bed linens and pillowcases had clearly not been changed prior to our check-in. Furthermore, the basement parking area was a major health hazard, as it was flooded with sewage water. This property operates more like an unmanaged, makeshift apartment complex than a reputable hospitality establishment. The lack of basic cleanliness and the indifferent attitude of the staff make it impossible to recommend. Save yourself the inconvenience and book elsewhere.

I booked this place for my mom & sister. They had worst experience at this place. The place was not clean. The first room they were boarded in didn’t even have water. The next room had water but no hot water for bath. They had to take cold water bath early in the morning. There was nobody available to provide proper help and the phone number provided was unreachable. Overall it was a terrible experience.
