We had a pleasant stay at Safari Quest Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant ambience. The location near the city centre, polite staff, indoor games like table tennis, and a lovely library room were highlights. It’s a good option for families and groups. However, the food lacked variety, some bathroom fittings needed maintenance, and a hair dryer was not provided. The resort also felt a little expensive for the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would make it better value for money.

Pros: - Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with a pleasant ambience. - Convenient location near the city centre. - Polite and courteous staff. - Indoor recreational facilities, including table tennis. - Good library room with books, providing a peaceful space to relax and read. - Suitable for families and groups. Cons: - Slightly costlier than expected for the overall experience. - Food was average, with limited variety and the same options served daily. - Some bathroom fittings were not working properly and need maintenance. - Hair dryer was not provided in the room.

No running hot water in the morning. Had to go to the reception and the staff told me to wait for 15 minutes as he was just going to switch on the water heater. Saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom floor in the morning. Those who are scared of pests will have a hard time staying here. The controller of ceiling fan didn't work and it always ran at high speed making it unusable. The A/C wasn't cooling enough. I wonder how this hotel got such good reviews in the past. I now know that reviews can be bought.
