    A rat was living inside the bed and would come out when I wasnt there and poo on the bed. I could hear the rat inside the bed at night. Staff were angry that I booked online rather than paying cash, staff were rude in most interactions. Staff often asking for extra tips, but without providing any service. Towel was so thin I could see through it. Floor in room was dirty. I dont think they clean the room well between guests as the first room they showed me had hair in the bed and blood on the sheets. Poor quality hotel with room for improvement

    For the starters the staff were rude on phone call when we called to confirm the stay. Secondly the room for which we paid 3300 was disgustingly dirty. Dirty dustbin was right there in the smallest room I have ever seen. Pictures on website are fake. When we raised our issues, they straight away said this is all we have. Really pathetic experience
